  1. What products do I need to purchase to be eligible for the promotion?
  2. Purchase a set of four (4) or more BFGoodrich Passenger or SUV tyres to receive up to a $100 Gift Card.

  3. When does this promotion start and end?
  4. The promotion will commence from 7.30am AEDST in Participating Dealers on 1 June 2019 and ends at close of business in Participating Dealers on 31 July 2019.

  5. When do I need to submit my claim by?
  6. All claims must be registered online no later than 11.59pm AEST on 31 August 2019.

  9. How do I contact you about this promotion?

  11. I entered a different name on the entry form, from the name on the receipt. Is this ok?
  12. No, it is not. The name/entrant on the entry form must match the name on the receipt, in order to be eligible for this promotion.

  13. I don't have access to email or the internet is there another way I can enter?
  14. Unfortunately not, you will need to find a family member or friend who can do this for you on your behalf.

  15. Why don't I get an email back straight away after registering?
  16. Sometimes there are short delays in email transmission. If you have not received a confirmation email within an hour, you may have entered an incorrect email address. It is also possible that your email service provider is blocking this mail as Spam or Junk mail. Please check your Spam and Junk Mail folders.

  17. When will I get my Gift Card?
  18. You should receive your Gift Card within three (3) weeks from your validation email.

  19. When does my Gift Card expire?
  20. Your Gift Card is valid for thirty-six (36) months from the date of validation.
